1. It'll get a better shot, You'll be able to freeze motion and get the ultra-fast shots.
2. You use a low ISO when theres plenty of light, or when its sitting on a flat surface, like on a tripod.
3. You use a high ISO when there isn't enough light for the camera to be able to capture a fast image. or when your indoors and need to freeze any motion.
